The Careers Centre aims to equip students and recent graduates of The University of Auckland to make informed career decisions and to achieve the transition to a wide range of fulfilling and satisfying employment opportunities throughout their lives.
We aim to do this through a high quality service that:
Contact Details
- Offers impartial guidance, information and practical help to individuals.
- Offers centrally and in partnership with faculties and academic departments a range of student development activities, including career planning skills.
- Informs the University and the wider community of changes in the graduate employment market.
- Markets students and graduates of The University to all types of employers and education and training establishments, provides systems to notify vacancies and other appropriate opportunities to University of Auckland students and recent graduates and facilitates the involvement of employers with the Careers Centre and the University.
- Responds to the changing needs of students, employers and academic departments.
